If you feel you need a home visit and you are unable to attend the surgery then please contact us ideally before 10am. Whilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we do appreciate this is not always possible.
Brief medical details may be requested by the reception staff and it may follow with a telephone assessment from one of our clincians.
In an emergency, the practice may call an ambulance to take you to the hospital if a doctor or a member of our acute visiting team cannot attend immediately.
