The surgery telephone lines open at 8:00am until 6:30pm.

Please be aware the phone lines are very busy between the hours of 8.00am to 9.00am, and 12.00pm to 1.00pm.

When the lines are busy, you can request a call back to save you holding on the phone.

Important: When the surgery is closed

When the surgery is closed and you need medical help, but it is not a 999 emergency, please use NHS 111 online or telephone 111.

NHS 111 can direct you to the best place to get help if you cannot contact your GP during the day, or when your GP is closed (out-of-hours).

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In an emergency you should call 999.

Evening and Weekend appointments are held at Rastrick Health Centre:

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6.30pm to 8.00pm

Saturdays 9.00am to 5.00pm.
